Citrus - Australia
- Navel-M7
The M7 has only been recently discovered by the Chislett family in Swan Hill. It is an early ripening piece of fruit with good juice, sugars and a round shape.
- Navel Leng
The Leng navel is the last of the early varieties. It has a thin to medium skin with a nice round shape and good juice content.
- Navel-Navelina
An early variety with an elongated shape. This variety tends to be larger in size than other oranges of the season.
- Navel-Washington
This is one of the more heavily produced navels in the Mildura region. Fantastic sugar and juice content with a nice round shape and medium skin thickness.
- Navel-Late Lane
The Late Lane navel was discovered in the Mildura region many decades ago and is renowned for its eating quality and shelf life.
- Navel-Summer Navel
The summer navel is a late season production navel with good levels of both sugar and juice.
- Cara-Cara Orange
A natural off-shoot of the Washington navel, the Cara-Cara has red flesh and a sweet flavour. Combined with a good juice level the popularity of this variety is growing at an extraordinary rate.
- Blood Orange
The blood orange is a natural development from a Valencia orange with a red pigment to both the internal flesh and the external skin. It has a unique mix of bitter and sweet flavour.
- Valencia
The Valencia is a late season orange with a very high juice content and is often used for juicing purposes because of this. It has an enjoyable flavour for eating purposes.
- Mandarin-Clementine
Bright orange colour with a slightly pebbly skin. Easy to peel with flavoursome flesh.
- Mandarin-Daisy
Bright orange colour with high sugar and avid levels. Well balanced flavour and segments easily.
- Mandarin-Imperial
One of the most popular Australian grown varieties, the imperial mandarin is easy to segment and peel and has a thin skin. It is a low seeded variety.
- Mandarin-Fremont
Deep orange colour with rich tart flavour. Does have seeds and ripens early.
- Mandarin-Nova
Good orange colour with smooth skin. High sugar levels with sweet flavour this variety segments fairly easily.
- Mandarin-Sunburst
This variety has a very high juice content. Deep red skin colour with slight ridging around the stem.
- Mandarin-RH Murcott
A variation of the Murcott mandarin with extremely high sugar and juice levels. Easy to segment with thin tight skin.
- Mandarin-Murcott
Smooth skinned variety with good sugar levels segments easily with a tight thin skin.
- Mandarin-Afourer
Deep orange colour and fantastic juice levels. This mandarin has both high sugar and acid levels and is easy to segment, a favourite around the world.
- Tangelo
A cross between a grapefruit and a tangerine, the tangelo is a round shape with an extended neck. Easy to segment with high acid and rich flavour.
- Lemons
Both seeded and seedless available. Yellow in colour and high acid and juice.
- Lime
- Ruby Grapefruit
Red flesh grapefruit with a red pigment to the skin. Slightly more bitter than its white flesh sibling
- White Grapefruit
A variety that tends to ripen later than other green seedless varieties. Medium to large sized berries with good sugar levels.

Avocados
- Fuerte
The Fuerte avocado is a beautiful tasting variety with green skin that does not darken with ripeness. This Fuerte avocado tree also produces the seedless cocktail avocado.
- Hass
The most popular variety in Australia. Pebbly skin and oval shape with a rich buttery flesh. The skin of the Hass turns black when ripe.
- Wurtz
Traditionally a smaller size avocado with good flavour. The skin tends to have a rough texture and will stay green when ripe
- Reed
A round avocado with a small seed. The richest of flavour with a smooth skin, the skin of this avocado stays green when ripe.
- Gwen
The Gwen avocado is a pebbly skinned variety with a slightly rounder shape to the Hass. The buttery flesh has a nutty flavour to it. The skin will stay green as the fruit ripens.
